CCN Mystery Shopping

CCN is looking for students to be 'Mystery Shoppers' and help improve the services the college provides. All you need to do is complete a simple task and fill in a questionnaire about your experience. And you get a £20 Chapelfield Voucher for your troubles! It's that simple...

Election Candidates 2010

Nominations for the Executive Committee has now closed. The candidates standing for election are as follows:

College Employee named an Eco Hero

City College Norwich Travel Plan Co-ordinator Natalie Halsall has been rewarded for her efforts to help make the College a more eco-friendly place to work when she was named Eco Hero at the second Norwich Eco Awards.

The awards were organised by Norwich City Council in partnership with the Norwich Evening News to celebrate the hard work going on in the city to help the environment and Natalie received her award in a ceremony at City Hall attended by nearly 70 people.

New Adobe Photoshop Introduction Course

College Recognised as Digital Technology Leader

City College Norwich has gained national recognition for the way it uses digital technology, computers and the web to help students succeed. The College has been accepted as a member of Becta’s Technology Exemplar Network, a national group of further education colleges and skills training bodies, which promotes and shares innovative and excellent use of technology.

Diploma Students’ Charity Fashion Show raises £1000

A team of 6 students have raised over £1000 for charity by organising a catwalk fashion show which was held at the Assembly House in Norwich. The show, called “Passerelle”, unveiled 5 themed collections of outfits, accessories and make up looks and all proceeds went to local charity the East Anglia’s Children’s Hospice (EACH).

St Andrews House Opens its Doors

City College Norwich’s St Andrews House building will be opening its doors on Wednesday 3rd March to highlight the range of professional courses on offer at the impressive National Skills Academy for Financial Services. The College offers a comprehensive range of professional courses of interest to those working in the financial services sector, in areas such as Credit Management and Financial Planning, as well as qualifications in Business Administration, Accountancy, Marketing, Law and Management.
