Taking a professional qualification is a great way for individuals to develop skills for their workplace whilst advancing their own professional development. Philippa Mulvany, Human Resource Manager for Booja-Booja is studying for a Certificate in Personnel Practice in order to gain the professional knowledge required to support the company during a period of growth.
Philippa said: “I really enjoy the course as do my fellow students and the working environment is excellent. The Certificate in Personnel Practice covers very helpful topics which have contributed immediately in my work at Booja-Booja in a practical way. The only problem being that I can’t cover it all quickly enough! It is proving to be a valuable experience, both personally and for the company.”
Booja-Booja is a small, Norfolk based company which manufactures dairy-free, organic chocolate truffles and ice cream. The company was established ten years ago and is dedicated to expanding their organisation through their developing staff team.
