Who shall be a member of the executive committee and a member of the Trustee Board of the Union, if over the age of 18; shall:
- Work with all Executive Officers of the Students’ Union in establishing, maintaining and assisting in the co-ordination of extracurricular clubs and societies
- Take a leadership role alongside the Vice President, Activities and Community in the promotion of societies and of the Students’ Union in the wider community
- Liaise with the appropriate bodies outside college for promotion and sponsorship of societies
- In conjunction with the Vice President, Activities and Community ensure that all Students’ Union resources are allocated fairly to all clubs and societies
- Liaise with Events and Enrichment, and the Vice President, Activities and Community on any sporting fixtures
- Present relevant reports to the Executive Committee and give weekly updates to the Vice President, Activities and Community
- Carry out other duties as laid down by the Executive Committee and Student Parliament
- Be a member of the Student Parliament and present relevant reports
- Act reasonably and prudently in all matter, and in the best interests of theUnion
